  • What properties are presented in the catalog?
    These are the properties or condominium units that we have bought from our clients. We have carefully checked each one and can guarantee that the purchase of any of them will be safe.
  • How can I find a condo in your catalog?
    Just use the filters in the catalog to refine your search and find your dream condo! We made the search for a property as simple and intuitive as possible. And when you find the unit you like, just fill out a simple form and we will contact you to tell you more about the chosen unit.
  • Can I use a bank loan to buy a condo from Kvarta?
    Yes, sure you can. We will be happy to help you get a loan from a bank, just let us know that you require financing and our partner – Nook will work with banks to get your loan approved. No processing or application fees and the process is super-fast!
  • Do you have an in-house financing scheme?
    We don’t have in-house financing BUT we accept bank loans as payment for a property. Our Sales Executives can endorse you to our partner, Nook. Nook can help you acquire your dream property in fast and easy way. We also offer waived appraisal and application fee to our customers.
  • Do you have the Title on hand? And when can we expect the Title under our name?
    Kvarta has ALL the documents needed to transfer the property to our customers. New Title under our customers’ name will be released as soon as possible. The exact date depends on the Registry of Deeds where the property is located, but usually does not take longer than 4 weeks.
  • Will the transaction really take 7 days?
    We can do it even faster! Since all properties are already fully checked and verified, we have a full set of documents on hand, so the term of the transaction will depend on your desire.
  • When is the move-in date when I buy a property from Kvarta?
    We will turn over the property to our customer upon full payment and signing of the Deed of Absolute Sale.
