  • How much is your commission?
    We don't take commissions; our price is all-inclusive. Our company takes care of all taxes, such as Capital Gains Tax, Transfer Tax, and Stamp Tax, which is usually 9% of the value of the property. Our clients also do not have to pay for the notarization of the deed of absolute sale, which costs 1000 pesos per million.
  • Do you have licensed brokers?
    Even though our Head of Operations is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and Appraiser, we do not feel there is a need to provide his license as we are not brokers in this transaction. Kvarta is a Real Estate platform and not a brokerage firm. We are in the business of obtaining the exclusive right to market the owner’s property on his/her behalf.
  • Who will process the transfer of the title?
    Kvarta will process the transfer of title free of charge as a part of All-inclusive service.
  • When can I move in?
    If your payment type is cash, you can move in once the full amount is received and necessary documents have been provided to us. If your payment type is bank financing you can move in once the Deed of Absolute Sale is executed and the bank transfers the assigned proceeds to the Seller of the condo unit.
  • What can you do about the damages and repairs needed in your condo?
    Kvarta is going to resolve the issues regarding the damages or repairs needed if you are ready to buy the condo unit.
